What are you thoughts about chinese food that you order at the restaurant? Do you eat at chinese or stay away from this type of food?

 

 

Well as for Chinese, I only stick to certain stuff like stir-fried vegetables, a bit of tofu (not the deep fried one covered in batter!!!), or some fish at times, which would be usually steamed. I definitely avoid all stuff that has MSG and also these weird thick sauces that contain who knows what not.

Is there a particular food that helps with cravings for sweets during the monthly cycle?

It is very beneficial to eat avocado and banana at that time and you might feel naturally gravitating towards these fruits (yes, avocado is a fruit actually). Avocado really helps the cleansing process and same as banana, provides plenty of potassium that is needed during the cycle.

Is it okay to eat too much fruits? And how about eating fruits at night?

Well, I’d say extreme amount of anything is never good. I eat fruits at night sometimes when I’m hungry and I want something that digests quick as I’ll be going to sleep soon (all fruits except of bananas and dry fruits digest within a half an hour). However, your fitness trainer would probably tell you…don’t have carbs at night. Well, yes, certainly it is better to have the fruits in the first half of the day, but you know, don’t stress about it. You’d rather have some fruits at night then some unhealthy snack. And you are certainly not going to put on weight from natural, raw fruits.
